Description

The gold-tone vase stands out against the white robes, while turquoise and pink details link the crown, necklace and lotus seat. The angled photograph shows the robes falling over the outer lotus petals. In close-up, you can see the painted eyes, gently upturned mouth and small seated figure in the crown.

The Bright Vase and Small Smile

Baoxiang Guanyin (宝相观音) names this seated design with its small smile and bright vase. Fine gold-tone lines follow the pale robes without covering them. The vessel and colored ornaments therefore remain the strongest accents on Baoxiang Kuan Yin.

This white and gold Guanyin statue is made of ceramic. Its glossy surface contrasts with the darker curls of the base, while thin gold-tone lines trace the robe edges. The approximate dimensions below include the full figure and base, so you can check the space on your altar or shelf.
