About GuanyinStatue.com

Compassion, in many forms.

GuanyinStatue.com is dedicated to the many expressions of Guanyin, the bodhisattva of compassion. We bring together different forms, materials and sizes to help you find a statue with meaning for your own life.

For a home altar, a place of reflection or the simple pleasure of looking closely, the connection begins with the figure you choose.

A meaningful presence

A place for compassion in everyday life.

Known also as Guan Yin, Kuan Yin or Quan Yin, Guanyin is revered in Buddhism as the bodhisattva of compassion and is often called the Goddess of Mercy in English.

Devotion to Guanyin also has a place in Chinese folk religion and some Daoist traditions, where Guanyin is associated with Cihang Zhenren. People may encounter the figure through religious practice, family customs or a personal connection to its meaning.

A statue can have a place in prayer and devotion, accompany meditation, or serve as a personal reminder to respond to others with kindness. It can also express a connection to family and cultural traditions, an appreciation of sculpture, or a thoughtful wish for someone you care about.

The connection is personal. It may begin with a gentle expression, an elegant hand or a posture you return to each day.

The many forms of Guanyin

Find the expression that speaks to you.

The breadth of our collection is central to GuanyinStatue.com. Water Moon, vase-bearing, willow-branch, scripture-holding and Thousand-Armed Guanyin offer different ways to encounter the same compassionate figure, alongside other traditional subjects and sculptural interpretations.

Look at the relaxed composition of a Water Moon figure, the gesture around a vase or willow branch, or the elaborate silhouette of a Thousand-Armed statue. Seated and standing poses, changing facial expressions and the treatment of the robes give each piece its own character. Those differences are part of finding a statue you will value living with.

Choosing your statue

Consider the form, the material and the space.

Our collection spans ceramic and porcelain, carved wood, stone, brass and copper. Within our porcelain selection, Dehua white porcelain, often known as Blanc de Chine, offers another way to appreciate the face, hands and flowing robes.

Begin with the expression or subject you are drawn to, then compare the material and proportions. A smaller figure invites a close look; a larger piece needs room for its full silhouette. Height and base dimensions help you judge how a statue will sit on your altar, shelf or display surface.

We bring these choices together so you can explore beyond a single style and choose with care. If you would like help comparing particular pieces, our concierge can guide you.
